Product Description

SV and SL type hydraulic control check valves are seat valves, opened by hydraulic pressure, can give reverse flow.

This valve is used to isolate the local pressure loop, both as a protection against load landing in the event of pipe rupture and to prevent crawling under load. The hydraulic control check valve mainly includes a valve body, a main valve, a pilot valve, a compression spring and a control piston.

SV type valve (no oil outlet) one leakage oil internal return oil

It can always flow from mouth A to mouth B. The pilot and main valves are held against the seat by compression springs and system pressure. If port X supplies pressure oil, the control piston is pushed to the right.

This first opens the pilot valve, then the main valve. So the oil goes first through the pilot valve and then through the main

Pilot valve. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the control piston, a certain minimum control pressure is required.

SL valve (with oil drain port)- A - leakage oil external return oil

In principle, this valve has the same function as the SV type. The difference is that the oil drain port Y is added, which makes the control active ring area isolated from port A. The oil pressure from port A only acts on the control piston area A4, thus effectively reducing the required control pressure under this condition.
