Product Description

(2) the transmission device shall ensure that the force on the drive shaft of the pump is within the allowable range.
(3) the oil absorption height of the pump shall not be greater than 0.5m.
(4) screen filter is usually installed at the oil suction port of the pump, and the filter precision should be less than 40μ M. The precision of the filter set on the system oil return circuit is less than or equal to 20μ M.
(5) the working oil should be selected strictly according to the regulations, and the working temperature range is - 20 ~ 80 ºC.
(6) the rotation direction of the pump cannot be wrong, that is, the position of the oil inlet and outlet of the pump cannot be wrong. Disassembly and assembly of the pump must be carried out in strict accordance with the factory operating instructions.
(7) tighten the screw of the pipe joint of the inlet and outlet of the pump, and the sealing device should be reliable, so as not to cause suction and oil leakage, which will affect the working performance of the pump; Pump starting with load and stopping with load should be avoided.
(8) before starting, it is necessary to check whether the overflow valve (relief valve) in the system is at the regulated allowable pressure.
(9) for the new pump or hydraulic pump after maintenance, before the work should be carried out empty load operation and short period of overload operation. Then check the working condition of the pump, no leakage, impact sound, excessive heat and noise.
